Two more promo videos filmed

Posted on February 24, 2014

On February 24, 2014, the band shot two promo videos, one for Goodbye for Now (COMING SOON) and the other for The Fate of My Soul, (COMING SOON) at wedding ceremony hall Belle Vie The Grand, in Tokorozawa (in center of the universe Saitama, the prefecture bordering Tokyo to the north), a venue where all the band members either work or have worked at one time or another in their checkered past!

With kind permission from Belle Vie manager Hiroshi Maruhashi, the band were able to use the chapel to film their video for Fate of My Soul, (COMING SOON) and with the indulgence of the weather gods, they were able to shoot their video for Goodbye for Now (COMING SOON) outside on the rooftop in bright sunshine, with all the glories of Tokorozawa as a backdrop.

Filmed by bridal industry colleague Satoshi Hayashi, with help from his co-worker Sugahara Yuuichi, and directed by Hayashi and Chris, the two videos are currently in post production.

When completed, you will be able to watch these two videos, as well as some old live footage of the band, on the band’s dedicated YouTube channel here.

In addition, photographer and videographer Ioan-Liviu Orletchi captured the day’s proceedings by taking over 18,000 photos (still and time-lapse) during the seven-hour shoot.  You can see selected photos in the 2014 folder of the Gallery page, and hopefully we will be releasing his excellent time-lapse video in some form or other soon, too.

As usual, the rugged and steadfast manager Bill Martens was on hand to provide guidance and support for the crew and the members, shooting a lot of the behind the scenes pictures and video as well.
